Tales Among the Trees
- Nature center hosts storytelling event -
WHAT: Fern Forest Nature Center in Coconut Creek will host Tales Among the Trees, for all ages, starting at 2 p.m. on Sunday, November 30, in the park’s amphitheater. This series of interactive storytelling events is presented by Linda White and the Circle of Souls, a local women’s drumming circle. During the presentation, stories to delight both the young and the young at heart will be shared. The audience will also be invited to take part in the tales by playing instruments, chanting, or acting out some of the characters. A $3 donation is requested to benefit Fern Allies, the nature center’s volunteer group.
