Take a Deep Breath
- And check out yoga classes at Secret Woods -
WHAT: Secret Woods Nature Center in Dania Beach offers Yoga Classes, for ages 16 and up and all levels of experience, on Mondays and Thursdays from 3:45 to 4:45 p.m. and on Saturdays from 10 to 11 a.m. Fees are $10 per class or 10 classes for $90, and while no preregistration is necessary, exact change is requested. Participants should wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothes and bring a mat or thick blanket to each class. First-timers should arrive early.
Instructor Lynette Culp holds several yoga certifications, including one from the Yoga Alliance, and has more than 30 years of experience. Her body/mind/spirit yoga class includes breathing exercises, meditation, visualization, and chakra work.
WHERE: Secret Woods Nature Center
2701 W. State Rd. 84, Dania Beach
WHEN: Mondays and Thursdays, 3:45-4:45 p.m.
Saturdays, 10-11 a.m.
WHO: For ages 16 and up; all levels of experience are welcome.
